At the EICMA 2019 exhibition, MV 2020 Agusta Rush 1000 Naked was presented, which was an unexpected premiere. The motorcycle was built on the basis of the MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR 2020, he even received the same power plant. The latest 998 cc in-line four produces 209 horsepower and 116.5 Nm of torque.
For the novelty, they developed several unusual solutions. For example, the front wheel is spoke and the rear wheel is made of forged aluminum and covered with a carbon hood – all this gives the Naked driver an interesting and unique appearance. The rear subframe was also created “from scratch”, the rear seat, which can be replaced with a “cover”, and the flashlight from the retro sports bike Superveloce 800 fit perfectly into it.
Chassis, brakes and electronics are made at the highest level. The six-axis Eldor EM2.10 control unit performs its job perfectly, in contact with all the latest systems, such as quick shifter and blipper, eight-level traction control, RLM system (Rear wheel Lift Mitigation), corner ABS, etc.
320 mm brake discs and Brembo Stylema calipers are responsible for braking the bike, and Ohlins electronic suspension with 43 mm Öhlins Nix fork and Öhlins TTX rear shock absorber provides good handling.
Initially, it was assumed that the novelty in the person of MV Agusta Rush 1000 of 2020 will be released in a very limited edition and will be quickly sold on the Internet, however, other information appeared. By May next year, the model will be available at dealers, and its cost will be 33.99 thousand Euros in Europe.
