Lotus released the fastest road car in its history

The company Lotus introduced a new modification of the sports car 3-Eleven, which received the prefix 430 in the title. The novelty has become the most extreme and fastest car in the history of the British brand, which is allowed to ride on public roads.

Lotus 3-Eleven 430 equipped with an upgraded 3.5-liter V6 compressor motor, developing 436 hp. and 440 Nm of torque. The unit is combined only with a six-speed manual gearbox. The roadster can accelerate from place to 100 km / h in 3.2 seconds – 0.2 seconds faster than the standard 3-Eleven with a 416-horsepower engine. The maximum speed was 290 km per hour.

The novelty rides a circle on its own track “Lotus” in Hetela in 1 minute 24 seconds – 0.8 and 2 seconds faster than the Exige Cup 430 and the usual 3-Eleven, respectively.

The rear-wheel drive car is equipped with a limited-slip Torsen limited-slip differential, adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers and adjustable Eibach anti-roll bars, six-mode traction control, four-piston brakes and Michelin Cup 2 tires.

Lotus 3-Eleven 430 will be released in a limited edition of 20 copies. The cost of a sports car will be 102 thousand pounds sterling.
