F1TV premiered Formula 2 series

Starting January 2, subscribers to the F1TV digital service can watch the new documentary series “F2: Chasing the Dream,” which we talked about the upcoming premiere.

The series consists of five parts, it was created by the forces of the television unit of Formula 1, its authors Rory Child and Martin Turner created a very large-scale canvas, telling about all ten teams of Formula 2 and their racers, about how they spent the past season, developing in a very dramatic the script.

The new film is also interesting in that for the first time an attempt has been made to get behind the curtains of the most popular youth championship in the world, which is rightly considered the last step on the way to the top of motorsport – Formula 1.

The authors of the series tried to convey the utmost determination that distinguishes the best F2 racers, to talk about these people, about what they are in ordinary life, outside the paddock. The most impressive episodes were filmed last year in the Spa, where a talented French pilot Antoine Hubert died in a terrible accident, and Juan Manuel Correa was seriously injured, after which everyone in Formula 2 showed real solidarity and solidarity.

So far, the new series is available only on the F1TV platform, but it is assumed that in the future the rights to display it will be transferred to other digital services.
