The iconic sports cars of the 2020 model year are now available with the new Smoke Show exterior color. In addition, an anniversary edition dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Dodge Challenger, which was previously released in a limited edition, can now be purchased as an option.

Buyers will be able to choose a Dodge Charger sedan and a Dodge Challenger coupe with a new Smoke Show body color ā€“ it replaced the shade of Destroyer Gray, which was available for the legendary sports cars of the 2019 model year. Other special colors are also available to choose from ā€“ Hellraisin, Sinamon Stick, Frostbite and Gold Rush. The latter was designed specifically for the anniversary version of the Challenger (50th anniversary of the model), which has been on sale since last year.

If earlier, a special anniversary version of the American coupe, which received the designation 50th Anniversary, was released only in a limited edition, now it has been made available to absolutely everyone.

In the price lists of the company, it is called Commemorative Edition and yes, it is available for the 2020 model year in the versions of R / T, R / T Scat Pack and R / T Scat Pack Widebody.

The anniversary version can be purchased for $ 4,995 in the R / T package and for $ 5,495 in the R / T Scat Pack version. However, the jubilee R / T Scat Pack Widebody is already worth $ 11,495.

Despite the fact that the Commemorative Edition for the Challenger is becoming a common option for the mentioned configurations of the iconic car, it can be purchased with the colors Granite, Indigo Blue, Octane Red, Pitch Black, Triple Nickel, White Knuckle, as well as the new Smoke Show shade.

Orders for the 50th Anniversary Edition of Challenger are already being accepted at Dodge dealerships. As for the new shade of the Smoke Show, it will be possible to order it later.

Not so long ago, our publication wrote that a rare photograph shows theĀ Dodge Grand CherokeeĀ SUV. According to the book ā€œJeep: The Story of Americaā€™s Greatest Car,ā€ by Patrick Foster, initially the iconic Jeep Grand Cherokee could very well enter the markets under the Dodge brand.
