A large and very comfortable Czech car has an engine from a high-performance Audi S3, after which the Skoda Superb can compete in speed with the BMW M5. If you are interested in purchasing such a version of a Czech car, you need to pay about $ 45,700.
At the moment, the management of the Czech car brand Skoda has not yet decided whether to present a high-performance version of its flagship Skoda Superb sedan or not. Recall that all of its similar versions of conventional models, the company marks with two additional characters RS.
Well, as is usually the case, the owner of a mid-sized Skoda Superb decided, as they say, to take matters into their own hands. Under the hood of its copy of the Czech sedan was originally located 280 horsepower, which through the transmission transmitted simultaneously to all 4 wheels. To implement the plans, he asked for help in the tuning shop.
Note that the standard version of this Czech mid-size sedan is not slow – from 0 to 100 km / h the car can accelerate in 5.8 seconds, and its maximum speed will be 250 km / h. It is truly one of the fastest mass-produced models ever created by Skoda. But despite this, the owner of the Skoda Superb – his name is Michael, wants more from the car.
That’s what he changed in his iron horse from the Czech Republic. The engine was purchased from a high-performance Audi S3. It is reported that quite a lot of work was carried out with the new engine, after which the maximum power that he was able to produce was equal to 560 horsepower!
The owner of the significantly upgraded Skoda Superb is confident that his car can safely call on the current version of the BMW M5 race. Now, the Czech sedan can accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in 2.9 seconds. For comparison, the standard version of the Bavarian M5 takes 3.2 seconds to accomplish the same task!
