The new X4 is built on the CLAR platform, which is BMW’s own design. The length of the car is 4752 mm, and the width is 1918 mm. The wheelbase is 2864 mm in size. Thus, the novelty was slightly larger than the first-generation crossover. The volume of the trunk BMW X4 rose to 525 liters. With the folded backs of the seats of the second row, this figure increases to 1430 liters.
