Porsche introduced the coupe 911 2020 cabrioletJanuary 9, 2019
Like the coupe version, the German open-top sports model gained more engine power and more technology. Currently, you can place an order for new items, and deliveries are scheduled for the end of the summer of 2019.
In November of last year, at the international motor show in Los Angeles (USA), the German company Porsche introduced the next generation of its sports car 911 (internal factory index 992). The presentation featured Carrera S and Carrera 4S hardtop and all-wheel drive. Apparently now the turn has reached the open version of the Porsche 911 Cabriolet.
The open version of the car boasts the same 3.0-liter turbocharged 6-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 443 horsepower. There is also an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission with a dedicated Wet Mode for a more confident ride in inclement weather. Active safety systems and night vision systems are also available for the Porsche 911 Cabriolet.
In other words, the cabriolet version is essentially the same as the coupe.
A distinctive feature of the 911 Cabriolet is, of course, its roof. Porsche promises a smoother and faster performance compared to all previous modifications of the convertible. Now drivers can raise and lower the roof in just 12 seconds, at speeds up to 50 km / h. As for the appearance, the soft roof compartment affects the profile of the car.
Prices for the 911 Carrera S in the Cabriolet version start at $ 126,100, and for the Carrera 4S Cabriolet, they are asking for 133,400 dollars. Currently, you can place an order for new items, and deliveries are scheduled for the end of the summer of 2019.
