A distinctive feature of the new models Vauxhall (Opel) will be a stylistic element called Vizor, which will combine the radiator grille and head lighting into a single whole. Debuts a new front end design on the compact Corsa hatchback of the next generation. This is reported by Autocar.
The new style was developed by the staff of the design center Vauxhall-Opel, located in Rüsselheim. It is designed to become a symbol of the transition of Opel under the wing of PSA Peugeot Citroen, which for all future models will use the concept of “pureless and expressiveness.”
Simultaneously with the creation of Vizor in Opel have developed a new fully glass dashboard, which was named Pure Panel. According to designer Mark Adams, his team faced the challenge of getting rid of complex stylistic decisions and bringing the topic of pureless to the fore.
Opel joined PSA Peugeot Citroen in the spring of 2017. The French manufacturer bought Opel and its British subsidiary Vauxhall for 2.2 billion euros.
