British company Noble Automotive, specializing in the production of supercars, presented at the Festival of Speed in Goodwood a full-size model of the new model – the M500. The novelty will go into series in a year and will be equipped with a twin-turbo V6 engine from the Ford F-150 pickup truck.
The output of the 3.5-liter unit will be about 560 horsepower. In this case, unlike the older model M600, which is offered with manual or an optional hydraulic transmission, the M500 will be equipped with a robotic gearbox with two clutches.
According to preliminary information, the M500 will be more focused on comfort and availability: the supercar will expand equipment, and the price compared to the M600 will significantly decrease. The latter costs a minimum of 300 thousand pounds sterling
The flagship model Noble – M600 – is available in three versions: Coupe, CarbonSport and Speedster. All cars are equipped with a 4.4-liter “eight” Yamaha, which produces 669 horsepower and 819 Nm of torque. From place to 100 km/h the M600 accelerates in 3.2 seconds. The maximum speed of a supercar is 362 kilometers per hour.
