The company Nissan introduced the extreme version of the off-road vehicle Armada (the American version of Patrol), which the manufacturer was helped to develop by the users of “Instagram” and “Facebook”. The car, named Mountain Patrol, was shown to the public at the Overland Expo WEST, held in Flagstaff, Arizona.
The special version of the Armada, built in a single copy, received power steel bumpers, reinforced thresholds, an off-road suspension, the Magnaflow exhaust system and 17-inch wheels with 35 toothbrushes of Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
In addition, the eight-seater SUV now has a “kangaroo box” with a winch, a spare wheel behind the tailgate and a trunk on the roof where you can place a folding four-seater tent, as well as keep sleeping bags, stairs folded and camping chairs.
In equipping the car also included a specialized navigation system Lowrance, a radio station, a removable refrigerator and freezer, drawers in the trunk for storing small things. There is an SUV and a sand-truck, fuel canisters, a shovel and a rack-and-pin jack Hi-Lift.
In the movement Armada is a 395-hp eight-cylinder engine 5.6, working in tandem with a seven-speed automatic transmission.
In February this year in Chicago, Nissan showed another special Armada – Snow Patrol. The SUV received a 25 mm suspension lift on the front and 51 mm behind, 20-inch wheels, as well as power bumpers and an expeditionary roof rack.
