New Suzuki Ertiga declassified, soon the start of sales

The new generation of Suzuki Ertiga has received a new platform Heartect, as well as the current generation of Swift. The car has a body with the same wheelbase – 2740 mm. However, the remaining dimensions have changed. The length increased by 99 mm to 4395 mm, and the height – by 5 mm to 1690 mm. The body became wider by as much as 40 mm – now 1753 mm. Additional space has appeared for passengers, for which three rows of seats are available. The luggage compartment, on the contrary, decreased by 18 liters to 153 liters.

In the engine range a new 1.5-liter atmospheric engine K15B with a capacity of 104 horsepower and 138 Nm of torque appeared. He replaced the old 1.4-liter engine by 95 hp. and 130 Nm. As a transmission, a five-speed manual gearbox and a four-speed automatic transmission will be available. In Indonesia will still be available 1,3-liter turbodiesel development Fiat.

Sales of the new Suzuki Ertiga monocab in India and the Asia-Pacific region will start in the summer. Prices for the novelty can be announced during the international auto show in Indonesia.
