The division of the German manufacturer, responsible for the construction of “charged” models and sports cars, decided to slightly change the direction by constructing a vehicle with two wheels.
The company introduced a new bicycle in honor of the 50th anniversary of the AMG division and the sports car Mercedes-AMG GT R. The bike will be released in a limited edition at a price of 7,109 euros.
In the cost of the bike, the time that the sports car was shown at the Nurburgring was ciphered – 7 minutes 10.9 seconds.
The bike, long named R.S2 Limited Edition Beast of the Green Hell, is based on a carbon frame. Carbon fiber is also used for the seat, seat post, rudder, 29-inch Crankbrothers wheels and bottle holder. The equipment will include components from the top line Shimano Dura Ace and professional racing tires Continental Grand Prix 4000.
Rotwild will be responsible for the production of bicycles. The circulation will be 50 units.
