The company Lotus introduced a new model of the Exige family, built on the basis of the extreme modification of the Exige Cup 430. From the latest novelty called Exige Sport 410, oriented to conventional roads, it received an engine, chassis, suspension and aerodynamic components.
Sport Lotus Exige Sport 410, whose mass is 1054 kilograms, is equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 engine with a power-driven supercharger. The output of the unit is 416 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque. The engine is combined with a six-speed manual gearbox.
From the place to 96 kilometers per hour, the sports car can accelerate in 3.3 seconds (0.1 seconds slower than the Exige Cup 430). The maximum speed of 410 in the body of the coupe is 290 kilometers per hour.
Carbon plastic aerodynamic elements of the two-door, in particular the front splitter from the Exige Cup 430 and aluminum diffuser, produce up to 150 kilograms of downforce (60 kilograms on the front and 90 on the rear axle). For the older modification, this figure is 220 kilograms.
The equipment of the Lotus Exige Sport 410 includes shock absorbers with adjustment of rebound and compression, adjustable stabilizers of lateral stability, sports brakes with four-piston calipers and tires Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2. In addition, the model can be equipped with a titanium exhaust system, four-point seat belts and a main battery switch.
In February this year, Lotus introduced a limited version of the speedster 3-Eleven 430. The model plans to release 20 copies. From zero to 100 kilometers per hour the sports car accelerates in 3.2 seconds, and its maximum speed is 290 kilometers per hour.
