According to the designer, in his work he combined the idea of ​​street clothes and the design of Air Force 1 with the brand “living outside the fashion community”. In particular, he used his own Nike color scheme “white on white”, metal decor and a double line. Its white tires combine the classic silhouette of sneakers and the style of a modern urban crossover into one.

“Lexus UX was conceived and designed for the city. We wanted to push this concept even further and emphasize the importance of streetwear – to create tires in the style of classic street sneakers, ” – said Lisa Materazzo, vice president of marketing for Lexus.

Lexus UX debuted in the spring of 2018 in Geneva. The serial crossover is based on the eponymous concept presented by the company in the fall of 2016 in Paris.
