KIA’s largest crossover debuted in Detroit – Telluride flagshipJanuary 14, 2019
The brand new SUV KIA Telluride was a real surprise last fall, when the company introduced the first teaser. The model is so far beyond the usual ruler that I can not believe in its reality.
Kia has finally unveiled a serial version of its flagship Telluride. The public debut was held at the Detroit Automobile Salon. And despite the fact that the design of the exterior and interior is no longer any secret, to look at the car is really interesting. Even more interesting will be to focus on its technical characteristics.
Under the hood is a 3.8-liter naturally aspirated engine capable of developing up to 290 horsepower and 355 Nm of torque. Together with him, only an automatic transmission is offered on eight steps. The main power is transmitted to the front axle, the rear wheels are connected if necessary.
The passenger and driver saloon offers a multimedia system with a 10.25-inch display, a fully digital dashboard, and comfortable seats. Another “pleasure” for passengers will be the standard Harman Kardon audio system.
Kia Telluride 2020 will go on sale next year in the LX, EX, S and SX trim levels. The cost will be known closer to the start of implementation.
