The new 12.3-inch screen will be much better compared to the 3.8-inch and 4.2-inch color displays that were used in previous models of companies and were surrounded by analog tachometer and speedometer wells.

It turns out that the new South Korean crossover, which was called the Kia XCeed, will be a fully digital instrument cluster. On the eve of the world premiere of the new, scheduled for June 26, the compact crossover based on the Ceed model demonstrates a display of its fully digital dashboard measuring 12.3 inches, the same as the flagship K900 sedan, and the large Telluride crossover. The screen received clear graphics due to the high resolution of 1920×720 pixels.

As is the case with other cars with fully digital screens, the Kia XCeed dashboard replaces the two analog dials of the tachometer and speedometer, as well as the small central screen that is available in modern Ceed models.

According to official images published by the press service of the South Korean brand, it looks like a decent update compared to the traditional combination, where analog dials are combined with either a 3.8-inch monochrome display or a slightly larger 4.2-inch color LCD display.

The central area of the digital display can be controlled using buttons mounted on the steering wheel, from where the driver can choose to display the navigator, general information about the car and information about playing audio. It has also been configured to display information such as average fuel consumption, vehicle diagnostic warnings, and pop-up notifications regarding safety systems and driver assistance. In addition, the driver can choose to view real-time traffic information.
