For the Paris Motor Show, Citroen has prepared teasers for two concept cars, which are scheduled for public debut next year. The first prototype will be shown in spring in Geneva, the second – in Shanghai. Both cars were built in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the French brand.
In addition to the timing of the announcement, Citroen decided not to provide detailed information on concept cars. We only know that the first will be a demonstration of the urban mobility of the future. Judging by the image, sitikar will receive straps instead of traditional door handles.
The second is likely to be a drone, providing an incredible level of comfort. Two blocks of sensors mounted on the roof testify to the possibility of cars to move independently.
In Paris, also should debut hybrid version of the crossover C5 Aircross and compact crossover DS3 Crossback from the Citroen-owned premium DS brand.
A similar prototype in Paris showed Peugeot. The luxurious drone EZ-Ultimo is equipped with an electric propulsion system and a fully-controlled chassis. The interior of the concept car is trimmed with wood, leather and marble. As conceived by the company, such cars could be a continuation of the hotel’s luxury apartments or first class cabins.
