Specialists of the American company “dressed up” a brutal SUV and worked on the technical stuffing.
Recall Hummer H1 was the first civilian model of the company, but it was built on the basis of an army SUV, adapted to move on any, even the rugged terrain, which explains its rustic, but, at the same time, brutal appearance. The model was launched in 1992 and lasted until 2006.
The company Mil-Spec Automotive (MSA), specializing in the restoration and modernization of pick-ups, focused on the strengths of the H1, while correcting the weak, in order to create an extreme SUV. Judging by the photos, the studio has coped with the task all the way.
Mil-Spec Hummer H1 underwent significant improvements, touched the exterior and interior of the SUV, and technical stuffing. By the way, the tuned version significantly exceeds the original H1 in terms of power. The body of the car received a combined coating, which combines glossy and textured black colors.
The interior of the car has received a lot of upgrades aimed at improving the level of comfort for the driver and passengers. All parts are designed in Mil-Spec Automotive, some of them made of high-quality aerospace aluminum, and the leather trim matches the army standards, differing in increased wear resistance.
The most interesting, probably, is located in the hood space H1. The tuned SUV is equipped with the 6.8 liter turbo diesel Duramax LBZ V8, which is designed, built by hand and tested by MSA’s own forces. The impact of the engine is impressive – 500 hp. and 1,355 Nm of torque. It should also be noted the suspension of its own development MSA, which significantly exceeds the standard for driving characteristics.
