Now the owners of any version of the BMW X1 are available tuning the engine from the company Dahler.
German tuning company Dahler presented a line of performance packages and a styling kit for different versions of the current generation BMW X1 crossover.
Even the owners of the basic versions of the BMW X1 can turn to the Dahler tuner for refreshing engine control units to increase power. The initial front-drive modification X1 sDrive18i can increase the output of the engine from 140 hp up to 158 hp. Similarly, in the X1 version of the sDrive20i, you can increase the power from 192 hp up to 223 hp
The BMW X1 xDrive25i with a 231-horsepower two-liter petrol turbo engine received a new firmware of the control unit, which boosts performance to 270 horsepower and 420 Nm of torque.
There is also a proposal for tuning engines for diesel versions of the BMW X1. New firmware can achieve the next increase in power:
- X1 sDrive16d – with 116 hp up to 135 hp;
- X1 xDrive18d – with 150 hp up to 174 hp;
- X1 xDrive20d – from 190 hp up to 226 hp;
- X1 xDrive25d – with 231 hp up to 260 hp
The styling package for the BMW X1 crossover from the Dahler atelier includes a new exhaust system, lower suspension springs and a set of 20-inch alloy wheels. The cost of tuning is not reported.
