Japanese tuning studio Artisan Spirits presented a new set of aerodynamic body kit for the Lexus IS D-Class saloon called the Black Label.
Sales of the Lexus IS sedan in Europe last year were minimal since the beginning of production of the current generation – only 5 649 units. Perhaps there was a lack of a vivid image of the model. The Japanese from Artisan Spirits decided to correct this mistake and presented their Black Label body kit, which clearly brings the individuality to the appearance of the car.
New body elements emphasize the harmony of the IS lines and create accents in the right places. The body kit includes a front splitter with side moldings for a standard bumper. It underestimates visually the front part by 28 mm. Side skirts received stands, which also underestimated the ground clearance.
The new rear diffuser also includes side supports. From it stick out chrome-plated trapezoidal tips of the exhaust pipe fittings. On the boot lid and at the top of the rear window there are small stylish spoilers. They are made of carbon fiber.
In addition, customers can order a carbon fiber grille and a set of 20-inch CORART A5 wheels.
The tuning company Artisan Spirits indicated that on a copy of the Lexus IS for the presentation of the black-body kit, the suspension was reduced by 50 millimeters. However, she did not provide information, due to what it was done.
