Akrapovic has produced the world’s first titanium production for the BMW M5 (F90) sedan. The system overview is published on YouTube channel hartvoorautosNL.
The titanium output weighs 9.5 kilograms less than the standard system (about 40 percent lighter). It has carbon nipples and adds about 11 horsepower to the engine (at 5700 rpm) and 30 Nm (at 2300 rpm).
The volume of the sound is regulated by the active valves when selecting the appropriate operating mode of the control electronics.
The cost of the Akrapovic issue will be about eight thousand euros.
The BMW M5 is equipped with a 4.4-liter twin-turbo eight-cylinder engine, which produces 600 horsepower and 750 Nm of torque. In the charged modification of the Competition, the return is increased to 625 forces, however, in such a machine the more evil release is included in the standard equipment.
From zero to 100 km/h the sedan accelerates in 3.4 seconds (3.3 for the M5 Competition). The maximum speed is limited at a mark of 305 kilometers per hour
